Fagollaga is one of the leaders in Basque cuisine. It has delicate, carefully elaborated recipes using a variety of herbs and spices. Both Basque and Catalan influences are present in the dishes created by Isaac Salaberría, the chef.
Located in beautiful green countryside in what was once a traditional Basque farmhouse 10 kms from San Sebastián. Great for traditonal cooking as well as some more innovative dishes.
