the world of Basque
cuisine. They have
even been awarded
one Michelin star.
Some of their innovative
dishes include lobster
from Hondarribia and
salad with 'Xixas'.
There is a wonderful
wine list with more
than 200 wines to
choose from. Their
uncle runs the wine
service.
All this in a very
pleasant atmosphere
in an old, historic
hotel the 'Alameda'
in Hondarribia.
The rest of the family
help out in the dining
room giving this restaurant
a very welcoming atmosphere.
