Blanca, then Batiste is always a good option. Specialising in rices, shellfish
and fish, the Batiste restaurant gets its fresh produce from the Santa Pola fishing
harbour so everthing is incredibly fresh. Lovely big windows overlooking the harbour,
elegant tables and chairs, attentive service and very good prices. Advisable to

going, especially in Summer. Service can be a bit slow and the staff seem a bit
