First (primero), then (luego), after that (después de eso), later (más tarde), before / after + -ing (antes de / después de), finally (por último). Y para situar en el tiempo: at seven o'clock, in the morning, in the afternoon, in the evening, at night.

Ejemplo: my daily routine

I usually wake up at half past six, but I get up at a quarter to seven. First, I have a shower and get dressed. Then I have breakfast: coffee and toast. I leave home at half past seven and I go to work by bus. I start work at eight o'clock. I have lunch at two with my colleagues and I finish work at five. After that, I go to the gym or I go shopping. I get home at about seven. In the evening, I cook dinner and I have dinner with my family at nine. After dinner, I watch TV or read a book. I go to bed at eleven.

Primero me ducho y me visto.

Si hablas de otra persona, recuerda la -s del presente simple: She wakes up at half past six. She gets up at a quarter to seven. She has a shower and gets dressed. She goes to work by bus…
