This restaurant is located in the centre of Bilbao.

Gorrotxategi is a traditonal chef. His skill and dedication result in top quality traditional dishes such as goose liver, fish and steak. His Basque-Navarran cuisine also has French influences.

As with tradition this restaurant offers generous servings, top quality ingredients and regional products such as Txakoli (white wine) or cider. The restaurant has a live fish tank with lobsters, crabs...
