the Museo de Bellas Artes. With views of Bilbao over the Iturriza park it offers
diners the chance to try some very modern cuisine. Aitor Basabe is a talented
innovator and creator in charge of the restaurant's kitchen. His skill and dedication
mean that this restaurant offers only the highest quality cuisine. He is
a master in cooking foie, risottos, creamy rice with cockles, leeks and octopus,
Milhojas de torta del Casar, coco and white chocolate and vinegar ice cream with
idiazabal toast are just some of the dishes highlighted by the restaurant critic
García
Santos. Not to mention the excellent fish dishes in this restaurant.
A varied and well balanced wine list. Very good service and reasonable prices.
