1. Heat the oil in a heavy based pan
                          2. Add the finely chopped 
                            onion and garlic season with salt and pepper and sauté for 5 - 10 mins 
                            until the onion has softened
                          3. Add the wine and water 
                            and simmer for 20 mins
                          4. Clean the mushrooms and slice 
                            thinly then add them to the pan and cook for a further 10 mins
                          5. Place everything in a serving dish and set aside to cool before placing it in 
                            the fridge - serve cold
