Los jardines, los alrededores de la casa entorno al bell\u00edsimo paisaje, masas boscosas que acompa\u00f1an al R\u00edo Tamar a su paso por estas tierras. La propiedad tambi\u00e9n incluye interesantes edificios, cercanos al r\u00edo  (Edgcumbe Arms tea-room y National Maritime Museum). Un conjunto de agradables paseos circundan bellos paisajes del rio y de los parajes naturales de alrededor.<br \/>Cotehele  est\u00e1 bien conservada y escasamente alterada, con sus jardines formales en torno a la casa y otras extensiones de inter\u00e9s (una casa de verano victoriana y una torre del XVII con hermosas vistas).<br \/>Es una de las casas medievales menos alteradas del Reino Unido, contiene sus muebles originales, armadura, y muy notables tapices.
