Tiene una extensi\u00f3n de 14 hect\u00e1reas y est\u00e1 enclavada cerca del r\u00edo Sado, una zona conocida por la fertilidad de sus tierras. \u00c9sta <b>contaba con una casa de campo y una caballeriza <\/b>sencilla con un alto techo de madera.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.euroresidentes.com\/hogar\/noticias-vivienda\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2014\/11\/establo-3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.euroresidentes.com\/hogar\/noticias-vivienda\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2014\/11\/establo-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"684\" height=\"506\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Surgi\u00f3 la oportunidad de reavivar estas viejas tierras agr\u00edcolas mediante nuevas t\u00e9cnicas y la empresa <b>Atelier Data, gracias a un proyecto de restauraci\u00f3n, ha tenido la oportunidad de\u00a0rehabilitar el establo\u00a0y convertirlo en\u00a0una casa preciosa, maravillosamente sencilla y\u00a0totalmente nueva.<\/b> Los compartimentos del establo han pasado a ser habitaciones,\u00a0aunque los materiales y las t\u00e9cnicas tradicionales han permitido que el <b>proyecto<\/b> sea <b>fiel a sus ra\u00edces<\/b>.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.euroresidentes.com\/hogar\/noticias-vivienda\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2014\/11\/establo-4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.euroresidentes.com\/hogar\/noticias-vivienda\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2014\/11\/establo-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"690\" height=\"564\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este proyecto permiti\u00f3 a la empresa <b>repensar <\/b>el espacio dom\u00e9stico y la <b>posibilidad de rehabitar edificios antiguos<\/b>. \u00a0El establo era largo y contaba con una disposici\u00f3n lineal con compartimentos a ambos lados y un pasillo central abierto por el que se desplazaban los caballos, todo ello cubierto por un amplio techo con vigas de madera.\u00a0 <\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.euroresidentes.com\/hogar\/noticias-vivienda\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2014\/11\/establo5.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.euroresidentes.com\/hogar\/noticias-vivienda\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2014\/11\/establo5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"691\" height=\"512\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">El equipo de <b>Atelier Data se adapt\u00f3 mucho a la disposici\u00f3n original<\/b>:\u00a0<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Se respet\u00f3 el pasillo central<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Algunos <b>compartimentos se convirtieron en ba\u00f1os <\/b>y<b> armarios y <\/b>otros se unieron para crear <b>habitaciones m\u00e1s grandes<\/b>. <b>\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Lo que antes eran puertas, ahora eran ventanas <\/b>que proporcionaban vistas y favorec\u00edan la iluminaci\u00f3n y la ventilaci\u00f3n cruzada.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.euroresidentes.com\/hogar\/noticias-vivienda\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2014\/11\/establo-6.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.euroresidentes.com\/hogar\/noticias-vivienda\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2014\/11\/establo-6.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"677\" height=\"552\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se usaron <b>materiales econ\u00f3micos y duraderos<\/b> tanto para la restauraci\u00f3n del tejado de madera, que no se modific\u00f3, como para la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de paredes (con microcemento) y del suelo (con cemento), ambos pulidos con cera. \u00a0<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both;
