The vaccine protects against a virus that has been found to be present in 70% of women diagnosed with cervical cancer and could help to save the lives of thousands of women each year. Cervical cancer is the second most common cancer suffered by women. <\/p>\n
In an interview with Cadena SER Spain’s Health Minister said that the vaccine had no side effects and should be given to girls between the ages of 11 and 15 years old as long as they haven\u2019t experienced any sexual contact.<\/p>\n
Bernard Soria said that the vaccine could be in Spanish chemists by November or December this year. This is almost the same time that the vaccine will be made available in other European countries such as France, Germany or the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
