Roca launched his restaurant, El Celler de Can Roca, in 1986 with his brothers Jordi (pastry chef) and Josep (sommelier). The three brothers belong to the third generation of a family dedicated to the catering industry.<\/p>\n<p>El Celler de Can Roca in Girona was presented with its third star yesterday in Madrid during the presentation of the latest Michelin Spain and Portugal Guide.<\/p>\n<p>Spain has seven three-star restaurants which are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Juan Mari Arzak, restaurante Arzak (San Sebasti\u00e1n),<\/li>\n<li>Santi Santamar\u00eda, restaurante Can Fabes (San Celoni),<\/li>\n<li>Ferr\u00e1n Adri\u00e1, restaurante El Bulli (Rosas), Mart\u00edn Berasategui,<\/li>\n<li>restaurante Mart\u00edn Berasategui (Lasarte),<\/li>\n<li>Carme Ruscalleda (Sant Pau) and<\/li>\n<li>Pedro Subijana (San Sebasti\u00e1n).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Four restaurants have gone from one-star to two-star in the new guide, Casa Marcial de Arriondas (Asturias), Lasarte (Barcelona), La terraza del Casino (Madrid),  and Les Cols (Olot) and one,  Trist\u00e1n, de Portals Nous (Mallorca) has lost its second star.<\/p>\n<p>The following restaurants have obtained their first Michelin star:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El Etxebarri Axpe (Vizcaya),<\/li>\n<li>la Enoteca del Hotel Arts de Barcelona,<\/li>\n<li>A Estaci\u00f3n de Cambre (A Coru\u00f1a),<\/li>\n<li>M.B. de Gu\u00eda de Isora (Tenerife),<\/li>\n<li>Bo,Tic, de Cor\u00e7a (Gerona),<\/li>\n<li>Julio Fontanar dels Alfor\u00edns (Valencia),<\/li>\n<li>La Fonda Xesc Gombr\u00e8n (Gerona),<\/li>\n<li>Cocinandos de Le\u00f3n, La Broche, (Madrid),<\/li>\n<li>Diverxo (Madrid),<\/li>\n<li>Kabuki Wellington (Madrid),<\/li>\n<li>Ram\u00f3n Freixa (Madrid),<\/li>\n<li>As Garzas, de Malpica (A Coru\u00f1a),<\/li>\n<li>La Caba\u00f1a de la Finca Buenavista (Murcia),<\/li>\n<li>Alejandro de Roquetas del Mar (Almer\u00eda) and<\/li>\n<li>Torre\u00f3 de L&#8217;India de Xerta (Tarragona).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And finally nine restaurants in Spain have lost their star.
