village, Las Pedroñeras, in
the Province of Cuenca. It is only
20 minutes from the NIII motorway
linking Southern Spain to Madrid.
Excellent food, outstanding winelist.
We recommend the "menu de desgustación"
which is made up of 8 or 9 small tastes
of some of the most exquisite dishes
you are ever likely to try in Spain.

in their house and they founded the
only restaurant in Tenerife where
the fishes are homesmoked. Modern
creative cooking combine with traditional
recipes learned from parents and grandparents.
