Al parecer las empresas estar\u00edan equivocadas si, una vez fijadas unas retribuciones \u00abcorrectas\u00bb, tratan de incentivar la productividad a trav\u00e9s de sobresueldos, bonus, pagas extras, etc. Especialmente no funciona si se trata de trabajos creativos o de desarrollar soluciones inteligentes. Los incentivos pueden funcionar mejor en los trabajos mec\u00e1nicos, pero no en los creativos Frente a los incentivos financieros, la soluci\u00f3n es la autonom\u00eda en el trabajo."}
