This restaurant is located in the Palacio
de Linares (Casa de América), at the beginning of the Paseo
de Recoletos and la plaza de Cibeles. It has private function rooms as well as
large spectacular dining rooms. The decor has been updated in a minimalist style.
It also has one of the best garden terraces in Madrid with 'show cooking'.
The
name of the restaurant comes from "Erreefe" which are the initials
of Ramón Freixa (pupil to Michel Brass and autor of “El pa, l’oli i
el vi” whose contribution to the Paradís Madrid ErreeFese can be seen
in the creative ideas used by Adrián Muñoz. |
Innovative mediterranean
cuisine using top quality ingredients. The rice and cod dishes are recommended.
An unusual feature of this restaurant is that clients choose the type of sauce
and garnish for their dishes.

This
restaurant belongs to the Paradís group which specializes in organising
