most prestigious, elegant, classic hotels in Madrid, the Hotel
Villa Magna. This is just one of its restaurants, the other is a Cantonese
restaurant called Tse-Yang. El Restaurante The Divellec Restaurant is part
of an initiative to return top quality to the kitchens of the best hotels. Jacques
le Divellec (París, two Michelin stars to his name, author of the Larousse
guide to fish and seafood) is in charge of this restaurant. David Millet
- pupil to Divellec - works in Madrid following in his footsteps with his menu
of seafood and fish dishes, with a lot of emphasis on Mediterranean cuisine. He
has been criticised for not always selecting the best ingredients. Excellent
desserts. A very good wine cellar with splendid Spanish and French wines.
