Coque is located in Humanes de Madrid, approximately 30 kms to the South of the city (35 minutes by car). Mario Sandoval who is both nationally and internationally recognised is the restaurant's head chef. The restaurant has been awarded one Michelin star.

Mario Sandoval is a young chef who is capable of creating his own new recipes. After winning the Spanish Chefs/Gourmet Groups Championships despite his young age he represented Spain in the "Bocuse d'Or" competition in 2005.

The menu changes according to what's in season, it has creative and original starters, interesting main courses and mouthwatering desserts.

Rafael Sandoval is in charge of the wine list which is the first in digital format in Spain.
