from Madrid. The restaurant
is set in an elegant
villa with a garden
terrace (it can be a
bit noisy). A lot of
attention is placed

decor and plates, cutlery,

Salvador Gallego has
recently been awarded
one Michelin star and
has experience working
in different countries.
