Ars Vivendi is located
in Majadahonda (20 kms
from Madrid -approximately
25 minutes drive from
the city centre). It
is the best Italian
restaurant in Madrid
with some innovative
ideas. Some of its clients
are famous politicians
and businessmen. This
is quite a small restaurant
so reservations are
necessary.
Mª Rosa García
Manso is the restaurant's
Chef. She is Spanish
but has Italian-German
roots. Her Italian husband
Dino Nanni is in charge
of the dining room.
The restaurant offers
creative Italian cuisine
with some very attractive
pasta and pizza dishes.
A very good menu where
lasagne, risotto or
gnocchi are exquisitely
prepared alongside other
interesting dishes.
The restaurant has
an excellent bodega
with some of the best
Italian, Spanish and
French wines. In the
back part of the restaurant
there is a bar where
you can enjoy a glass
of wine and some excellent
canapes and tapas.
