This restaurant is very
well located in the centre of Madrid's old part, next to the Gran Via and the
Plaza de Chueca.
Iñaki Camba, born in San Sebastian and with assets
such as the Balzac behind him, runs the restaurant.
He enjoys meeting his clients often likes to recommend the dishes of the day in
person.
Arce restaurant is famous for its cured meats, mushrooms and game
(seasonal - not always included on the menu). Good desserts such as cheese platters,
pastries and chocolates.
However, the restaurant has received some criticism
for its high prices in relation to the size of servings.
