Bacalao confitado con morros en salsa vizcaína. Degustación de bacalao:
pil-pil, vizcaína y Club Ranero. Lubina con socarrat de hongos. Croquetón
de pollo de caserío y boniato ahumado. Cochinillo lacado con boniato cremoso
y crujiente. Rulos de queso Idiazábal con membrillo y crema helada de nueces.
