1. Heat
the oil in a frying pan, add the lamb chops and brown on both sides then place
in a casserole dish and set aside
2. Chop and sauté
the onion in the frying pan using the same oil then add the crushed garlic - fry
for a few minutes
3. Add the tomatoes to the frying pan
and season with salt - after 5 mins add the mixture to the lamb chops in the casserole
dish
4. Cover the casserole dish and place in a preheated
oven (180 degrees) for about 30 mins until the lamb chops are tender
