SPANISH RECIPE FOR

Garlic King Size Prawns

Spanish recipes

Basic ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • pinch of paprika
  • 10 large peeled prawns

 

Steps:

1. Place the peeled prawns, finely chopped garlic, pinch of paprika and olive oil in a strong earthenware casserole dish

2. Place over a medium heat and cook until the prawns have curled and turned pink - alternatively you can cook the prawns in the oven (180 degrees)

3. Serve immediately with a cool dry white wine


Tips and ideas:

  • The prawns should be sizzling and pink before serving
  • You can serve with mayonnaise or lemon
  • If you want extra-spicey prawns, add more paprika
