1. Cut the meat into cubes
2. Put the lemon juice, chopped
parsley (2 tbsp), crushed garlic, paprika and ground cummin into a bowl to make
the marinade
3. Put the cubes of meat into the bowl and
place in the fridge for 8 - 24 hours
4. Put the pieces
of meat on skewers and either grill or barbeque until the meat is done
