1. Cut the bacon into small pieces and do the same with the chorizo (remove
the casing first)
2. Fry the bacon and sausage in a little
oil
3. Beat the eggs together with the milk and season
with salt and pepper add to the frying pan and stir everything together until
the eggs are ready then serve with some fresh bread
