Steps:

Clean the mushrooms and slice them leaving the slices quite chunky
2.
Place 4 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan, heat the oil and then add the mushrooms
and chopped onion - season with salt and pepper
3. Fry the mushrooms
and onion slowly over a low heat for about 15 mins keep stirring

Finally add 1 tbsp flour and stir into the mixture for a further 5 mins - place
in a serving dish
