1. Clean the mushrooms and slice them leaving the slices quite chunky
2. Place 4 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan, heat the oil and then add the mushrooms
and chopped onion - season with salt and pepper
3. Fry the mushrooms
and onion slowly over a low heat for about 15 mins keep stirring
4. Finally add 1 tbsp flour and stir into the mixture for a further 5 mins - place
in a serving dish
- You can add a dried
chilli to the mushrooms and onion to make it a bit spicier if you prefer
- Also
works well as a side dish
- You can also sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley
just before serving
