1. Peel and mash the bananas
2. Cream the margarine and
sugar together until you get a light mixture add the mashed bananas and mix in
well
3. Add the eggs to the mixture and beat all ingredients
together for 3 mins
4. Add the sifted flour, tsp of baking
powder and milk - add the walnuts if using - mix together
5. Place in a greased loaf tin and bake for 50 mins in a preheated oven (180 degrees)
- check with a fork to see if the cake is ready if the fork comes out sticky leave
for 5 - 10 mins longer
6. Remove from the cake from the
tin carefully and set aside to cool
